VADETS Driver Education Mini-Grants

The Virginia Association for Driver Education and Traffic Safety is pleased to offer mini-grants to driver education programs across the state.  VADETS will award ten mini-grants up to $500 each. The grant funding must be used to develop educational projects and/or programs that promote driver education and/or traffic safety.

These grants will be awarded twice yearly.  VADETS members will apply on behalf of their school.  A school will only be eligible to receive one VADETS grant per year.

 

 

 

First Application Deadlines
Application submission dates – May 31, 2011 – July 15, 2011
Committee Review – July 16, 2011 – August 15, 2011
Award Notification – August 30, 2011
Project Implementation – September 1, 2011 –Jan. 30, 2012 (end of 1st semester)
Submission of Project Evaluation Form - February 28, 2012
